QUALITY ASSURANCE

Qualified personnel are defined as those individuals who meet the state established licensing board standards and guidelines for their profession, who meet or exceed JCAHO and State Board of Health standards, and those who meet AMS’s internal requirement standards. For the past several years, AMS has provided supplemental nursing and allied health professionals to major hospitals, nursing and care center, private practices, outpatient clinics and schools.  AMS provides clients, the opportunity to work with our team staffing and continuity contracting programs. The team staffing approach involves AMS providing a group of clinicians to work together and provide coverage for a department or floor. Amongst this group is a seasoned professional who is designated as the team leader and is responsible for supervising and managing the group and acting as a liaison with facility personnel. 

Allied Medical Staffing (AMS)

Is a full service provider for all nursing and allied healthcare professions.

We offer RNs (including specialty nurses), LPNs, Physical, Speech and Occupational Therapists, Physical and Occupational Assistants with options such as:

• Per Diem
• Temp -to- Hire
• Long Term Contract

Any and all can be used at any time, because we understand that staffing needs are dynamic –census fluctuations and staff changes happen form time to time. 

Department of Health requirements are only a few of the external factors that impact a facility’s staffing schedules.

Our continuity contracting program provides staffing coverage by one individual for a specific discipline and shift for a one to three month (with renewable clause) assignment.

This program benefits facilities, because it reduces staffing stresses, provides long term coverage with a reliable and fully oriented professional.
